Mission Accomplished


I made my goal of 200 lbs at 7:34 this morning. This is true body weight...just woke up, empty stomach, no clothes. Hell yeah.

My starting weight was 173, so I have added 27 pounds or mostly muscle. I'll spend the next couple weeks shedding 4-5 pounds of fat, and I'll be ready to race. In February. Hmmmm....
