Software engineer, dad, husband, retired cyclist, wakeboarder, hunter, fisherman...hell, the only thing I don't do is run. Because running sucks.
In denial, are we? Captain Nuggnuts?
dude my BMI is 27.5 to 28 which 192-195 and Im 5'10 with 10%bf. 22 is just over 150? So being a "skinny" is healthy?
How is the game otherwise T? One of my kids wants it....they actually tell you what yer BMI is huh? I just got mine on the net...and did not agree with the results.
It's actually pretty cool. There's some fun games and workouts to do. I got it 20% at Circuit City's going out of business sale.I wouldn't put too much stock in BMI. It's more for sedentary people.
You'd look like Little Guy if your BMI was 22. Mine is 23.4 now. I'd have to lose 12 lbs to get to 22. I'd look like "The Chicken".
Yeah, I just got my company health screening results back and blood values look good, but my BMI is 29, which makes me borderline obese. I know Brain will say "who says the BMI isn't accurate?" Ha ha! Good one, Brain. I just hope BMI does not become a way to determine health care premiums ever because that could be a problem.
There are additional reimbursement criteria from Medicare for providers when doing procedures on patients with BMIs <19 and >44.Taylor is a few packs of Nuggets away.
