A medium speedsuit is significantly smaller than a large skinsuit, as Franz found out. It looks baby-sized.

That pretty much sums it up. My fingers were actually turning purple. The leg openings are so small, they had to stretch just to get around my calves.
This implies that you did manage to get it on. Was there any Hulk-style ripping of clothes?
