Bodacious P got hit hard after the whistle during his last football game, and required a trip to the hospital.
I talked to him today and he is happily doped up, but nursing some whiplash and one hell of a headache.
When the doctor informed him that he couldn't play football for 6 weeks, a groggy Pete replied, "Don't say that shit in front of my wife...you know I'm not going to sit out for 6 weeks!"

I was knocked out as well. Back racing within the week. But we typically do not hit the deck very often and I kept my distance.
But in football your head gets hit almost every play. From what I have read, most permanent brain damage occurs when your brain gets dinged prior to fully healing. Be careful with brain injury.
I do not think your wife would be particularly happy changing a 280 lb mans diaper.
