Friday's Workout. In Video Form.

Deadlifts, powercleans, and roller sprints. These aren't maximal efforts, but you get the idea.

We only have 3,472 hours to go before the track opens up for 2008 spring training.

I am buying beer for anyone who cracks Sub 11.4 first. And a case if they do before Hans:)
