I have had a wicked case of the blah's lately. I've been training my ass off, moving out of my house, and have been super busy at work. I'm tired.
I took tonight off from training and I grilled some steaks, drank some Brandy, went fishing with my son, and took my kayak out on the lake. I'm feeling much better now.

I had the blahs yesterday, went to the track, did some madison throws, flying 4k's, when I got home I was happy as pig in slop!

You sure know how to motivate a person. I want to go do some madison throws too. I am tired of doing sprints in from of my house.
