I am in horrible shape.
Max's Kitty Cat snowmobile is kinda wimpy and can't push through 2+ feet of snow (though to be fair, neither can I), so before Max can ride I need to make a track for him. This should be fairly simple, right? I just walk next to the Kitty Cat and push it along until there's a decent sized loop.
I got the snowmobile started and hit the gas, pushing it at a slow jog. By the time I got back to my starting point some 90 seconds later, I was so exhausted that I collapsed in the snow and was seeing stars. It took me over 15 minutes to recover.
In case there was any question, that's not good.
Cardio training started yesterday.
