If you're looking for power numbers, I'm not sure exactly.
I used an SRM to determine the power curve for the ergo based on wheel speed, but that kind of goes out the window on max efforts because it takes more power to get to a given speed than it does to maintain that speed.
So, improvements are measured by increased wheel speed, since it's a controlled environment.
Are you running your home off those watts? Save some bucks and kick some butts.
Nice motto.
Elite wattage though. Only a few crack 2000 watts.
I saw a 300lb weight lifter crank out 2200 at the OTC back in 04. He was interested in taking a shot at sprinting and pulled a 12.4 200 M TT and 20.6 start...
In Colorado Springs...
My mom could go 12.4 in Colorado.
He was a good weight lifter though.
Deep squat 600+ for reps. Said his max is in the 850 area.
Freakish really.
185lb BMX racer nailed 2100 watts and had the highest watts per kilo of body weight. More any of the US elite track team member at the time. 43" verticle. No money in track racing though. He still makes a good living racing BMX.
Keep it up. You should have a great year. It is always a sun shiny rainbow in Iowa.
rob, aside from you - I think Jamie Staff has proven that BMX'ers can kick ass at track sprinting...
12.4 200 in COS? That's a good one. I thought I heard someone once say that you can ride around the top of the banking there, pull your feet out of the pedals and drop down to the pole and ride an 11.0....
You must be confusing me for a super fast Gold person who is old and lame now. I am Russian Bear. Hammer and Sickle. One of the flying Karamotzov Brothers living the lie of crime and punishment for simply living in the Siberian tundra. Oh St. Petersberg, where art thou.
Colo is fast but make no mistake, you still have to be fast to go under 11 sec and turn 3 will kick you out of you line and you lose .5 tenths. Now you are 11.5

That's some scary shit...the power, not the basement!
Have you guys considered moving to Iowa?
What were the numbers?

Make sense? Didn't think so.
RB: I grew up 30 miles from Iowa and have no desire to return, despite the fact that its topography may suit me well.
You did not get the current events reference.
IOWA?
Gay marriage?
Totally ruins the joke dude.
And to think you do not know the exact watts to the micro watt is also a joke.
Do we all look like fools?
I'm not very well connected with the happenings of the gay community. Thanks for bringing me up to speed.
It's somewhere between 2000 and 2050 watts. If I wasn't such a cheap bastard, I'd know the micro-watts. But alas...
My 6 second power finally broke 20 Watts per KG.
